Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
We close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 PM everyday.

Payment plans are available upon arrangement with our financial coordinator.
Referrals:
If you are being referred by another office, please bring copies of current X-rays with you.
Insurance:
Your insurance will be filed for you.
Insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
